So I’m back at Uni – I’m sitting there trying to rewrite an assignment – the old me would have reached for the sugary confectionary goodies and chewed my way through a packet.
The new me – ate two carrots – made myself a cocoa, a green tea, a spoonful of coconut oil and a soup. Still I wanted something sugary.
I finally gave in and had some 85 per cent chocolate. Did it work?
Well the assignment got finished, and I was sort of still on track, but I realise that under pressure I still crave the sugar boosts that I once thrived on.
Any ideas of how I can counter this?
